Immo Schuler, LL.M. (UNC)

Immo Schuler has been advising national and international clients in all areas of antitrust law for over 10 years.

His main areas of practice include transaction-related advice on German and European merger control, out-of-court and in-court representation in antitrust damages proceedings and advice on distribution antitrust issues. Immo Schuler also advises on abuse control issues and all aspects of antitrust compliance.

Before founding SchulerLaw, Immo Schuler worked for several years in major international law firms in the field of antitrust law. He advises in German and English.
